Product Review: Chili Lime Salmon Shorties

Having tried quite a few items from Blue Circle Foods before, I was very excited to try their hardwood smoked Chili Lime Salmon Shorties.

Products from Blue Circle Foods are simple to cook and come in fun shapes, which makes them all the more enjoyable to eat. So, it was no surprised that I literally squealed when I opened a package of the Salmon Shorties in Chili Lime – they look like miniature hot dogs. I popped them in the air fryer for about five minutes as they were already precooked (I did thaw them overnight before cooking).

I ate them with this pasta, romaine lettuce, half an avocado, and topped it all with sunflower oil as dressing (which I also cooked the shorties with).

The shorties had a zesty taste that was slightly smoky. They were easy to cook and even easier to enjoy.
