Product Review: BetterBody Foods Avocado Oil Spray
Disclosure: I was given this product in exchange for this post. All opinions here are my own.

When I was given the opportunity to try BetterBody Foods Avocado Oil Spray, which is 100% avocado oil, I jumped on it. It seemed like a healthier alternative to most cooking oils AND as a spray, seems way easier to cook with (Anyone ever have oil jump out at you from a pan? Not fun.). Plus, I love avocados, so why not?
First, let’s start off with the obvious benefits. BetterBody Foods Avocado Oil Spray is both propellant and chemical free, thanks to its Bag-On-Valve (B.O.V.) technology. In addition, it can be used for high-heat cooking, a major plus for those of us who hate the smell of burning oil. It also has no additives, is non-GMO, and is free of gluten, canola, and soy.
As for my personal experience, I found out the hard way that this sprays out more than your typical canola oil spray you find in the grocery store. That being said, I would recommend pushing lightly the first time you use it, maybe halfway down.

We used it for potatoes in our air fryer (picture above), which was simply *chef kiss*. Instead of sitting in a slimy puddle of oil, like with most cooking products, the potatoes were nice and crisp. I also liked that there was no flavor, which means the spray can be used for a variety of different types of dishes. When it came to washing, I found it relatively easy to clean, which is a huge plus for me.
I would hands down recommend this product, and it can be purchased for just under $9 on Amazon. For a non-chemical laced spray with easy cleanup, use BetterBody Foods Avocado Oil Spray.
