Disclosure: I was given this product in exchange for this post. All opinions here are my own.

We desperately needed a new air fryer, so I was ecstatic when I was given one from West Bend.

The size we received was the five quart. Features include an LED touchscreen and ten preset cooking options. With these features, cooking is simpler, quicker, and more accurate without the typical knob control.

We decided to test this out by cooking one batch of bacon in our oven and another in the West Bend air fryer. We noticed there was significantly less grease in the air fryer bacon.

Another pro of this air fryer is that due to the covered portion, our house doesn’t smell like oil after cooking with it. The same can’t be said when we use our conventional oven/air fryer hybrid. Additionally, the compact size is fantastic for those with small counter tops.

The only con is that this model doesn’t toast, but I’m willing to experiment with the settings to see if there’s a workaround. I recommend this West Bend air fryer to those who want less oil in their foods and a less bulky kitchen appliance.
