Disclosure: I was given these products in exchange for this post. All opinions here are my own.

Mightylicious founder Carolyn has Celiac disease, so it comes to no surprise that her businesses’s cookies are gluten-free. What may come as a surprise is that they are surprisingly tasty.

Each cookie has only 4–9 grams of sugar, depending on the flavor. For those looking for a healthier indulgence, Mightylicious may be the solution.

The only con is the lack of sustainability with packaging: each cookie is individually wrapped in plastic. However, I do understand the reasoning as this method helps them stay fresher longer.

Oatmeal Coconut

  • Vegan
  • Strong on the coconut taste
  • Soft texture
  • I love oatmeal raisin cookies, so this was a nice twist to a favorite of mine (minus the raisins, of course).

Salted Peanut Butter

  • Grain-free and dairy-free
  • Peanut butter flavor starts out softly, then finishes with a punch.
  • Salt balances the cookie out so it’s not a complete peanut butter bomb.
  • I was pleasantly surprised by this one. A+.

Brown Butter

  • Contains chocolate chips
  • Not my favorite of them all, but still pleasant nonetheless.
  • There’s a light lingering of sweetness in the aftertaste.
  • Butter comes through nicely in a soft, delicate format.

Brown Butter Short Bread

  • Egg-free
  • Delightfully simplistic
  • I wonder what melted butter would taste like on top…
