Product Review: Hotpot Queen Noodles

For those seeking quick, easy- to-make noodles, look no further – Hotpot Queen delivers with a kick.

I received the Chongqing Spicy Hotpot Thick Cut Noodles and was so excited to eat them that we cooked them the day after receiving our package.

They took less than 10 minutes to make. The result was soupy, ramen-like ribbons. Note: Those who prefer al dente noodles may not be a fan of the texture as it is quite soft.

The flavor was spicy and I loved it! My nose was definitely running and I had a brief coughing fit after trying to slurp the juice. This is not for those trying hot food for the first time!

The one con to the noodles is that the broth seems to have a lot of oil in it. I prefer a less oily contrast, so I let each noodle drain a bit before eating.
