Product Review: Hijinx Ice Cream

If you’re tired of never finding fun ice cream flavors, Hijinx Ice Cream may be the solution for you.
With less than 5 minutes to make, Hijinx Ice Cream allows you to customize your own ice cream flavors. Just open a pack of their mix, then add 1 1/2 cups of milk and flavoring of choice. Blend for two minutes and let it sit at room temperature for a half hour. After freezing your creation for 4–6 hours, your ice cream is ready.
I tried this myself with their Warm Cinnamon Roll flavoring, which came in a small bottle. Other flavors include Ginger Peach, Wild Lavender, Napa Valley Merlot and more. Of course, you can add any other ingredient you want.
It was very easy to make. I used a cup of oat milk and half a cup of water as my base.
No lies – the coloring looked unappetizing. Nonetheless, after letting it sit on my counter for half an hour, I left it in my freezer overnight.
The next day, I decided to try it. I noticed It was difficult to scoop even after thawing for five minutes. I let it thaw for another 5–10 minutes, and it was finally soft enough for me to serve.
I was pleasantly surprised by the taste! I did notice a bit of a film after on my teeth, but that usually happens when I eat sugary foods.
I highly recommend trying Hijinx Ice Cream. It’s a fun activity for date night or the whole family as one pack has four servings.
