Disclosure: I was given these products in exchange for this post. All opinions here are my own.

Getting stitches suck, but what’s worse is when the flimsy bandage covering them falls off, leaving your wound susceptible to infection.

DrySee bandages are the solution to all your wound worries. They are waterproof and transparent, the latter of which is perfect for all skin tones.

A square band surrounds the absorbent cotton pad like a protective moat around its castle. The band will turn blue when it gets wet so the wearer can change the bandage before the moisture touches the wound.

Be sure to monitor the entirety of the bandage: the pad that covers the wound will turn colors due to the wound’s fluid. Sounds gross, but it’s necessary to mention so the wearer knows to switch out their bandage with a new one.

DrySee bandages seem like a great solution for those who need to keep wounds waterproof, such as stitches from a biopsy. Talk to your doctor if you have any concerns regarding the DrySee bandage and your specific wound.
