Product Review: Dorsey Green Sauce
Disclosure: I was given this product in exchange for this post. All opinions here are my own.
Students enrolled in Dorsey High School’s entrepreneurship class have invented the perfect condiment for summer.
Dorsey Green Sauce contains avocado, cilantro, lime juice, dill, and oregano, bringing zesty flavor to every dish it touches. In fact, it vaguely reminds me of fresh pesto.
The texture is thick, but not creamy. I ate it with pork, even going so far as to dip my toasted bread in it. I do wish the pourer was smaller as I have to take extreme caution pouring it, but it’s nothing a slim spoon can’t fix.
I plan to use this sauce on numerous dishes as its slight spice and herbs make it incredibly versatile. And yes, I will be using it all year round.
Total proceeds from purchasing this sauce will benefit the students of this school.
