Dolecezza Gelato’s pints are so packed to the brim with flavor that it’s nearly impossible to eat just one spoonful. From traditional favorites to wildly imaginative combinations, there’s a wide variety of this dessert’s creamy texture to be found. I was fortunate enough to be blessed by the cool touch of Dolecezza Gelato. Read on.

Mascarpone & Berries

The berries in this pint have a jam-like texture. Velvety mascarpone balances out the sweetness for a well-rounded flavor profile. I would suggest mixing this with crumbled graham crackers for an added crunch. Out of the four flavors, this one I envisioned eating out of a cone the most.

Roasted Strawberry

Alas, a simple classic. You can’t go wrong with strawberry. There are no chunks of fruit in this one, but instead, flecks. Rainbow sprinkles would bring this flavor to the next level.

Stracciatella

For those who don’t know, stracciatella is gelato containing minute bits of chocolate. So, if you’re a fan of chocolate chip, you’ll love this one. To take it up a notch, mix in chocolate chip cookies or drizzle some syrup.

Dulce de Leche & Cookies

This was the most complex of the four gelatos. Thick dulce de leche (caramel lovers, this is for you) coats gelato containing bits of crunchy cookies. There’s so many different taste and textures occurring that there is no need to enhance the flavor, unless you’re a psychopath who doesn’t care about their sugar intake.

To enhance your ice cream stash, consider adding Dolecezza to your freezer. Click here to order.
