Product Review: Cooper Street Snacks
Disclosure: I was given these products in exchange for this post. All opinions here are my own.
I’m constantly on the go and I’m constantly hungry, which is a terrible combination. If I can’t grab a whole fruit, I try to grab a healthy-ish bar on the way out to avoid biting someone’s head off.
This is where Cooper Street Snacks’ Granola Bakes helps me. Each bar is low in sodium and contains fruit and seeds, which satisfies my hunger and spares innocent passerby from my cravings. They are also free of dairy, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts.
Here is my take on each bar.
Banana Bread
I may or may not have eaten this in three bites. Nutty and subtly sweet, it was the perfect post-work snack.
Chocolate Cherry
Crunchy and tart. More sweet than I was expecting, which makes it a great dessert substitute.
Blueberry Pomegranate
A bit underwhelming to me. All blueberry and no pomegranate. Not bad, just simple.
Oatmeal Cranberry
Another tart flavor! The oatmeal adds more complexity to the standard Granola Bakes texture.
