Disclosure: I was given this creamer in exchange for this post. All opinions here are my own.

BetterBody Foods sells a wide range of healthy food, such as dressings, peanut butter powder, mayonnaise, cooking spray, and more.

One of their featured product lines is Oatsome, which has a variety of dairy-free oat beverages. I usually drink my coffee black, but absolutely LOVE oat milk. So, I decided to give the Oatsome Coffee Creamer a try.

When I tasted the creamer by itself, I initially thought it might be too sweet for me. However, when added to my coffee, it provided a nice balance. The texture was creamy but not too thick, allowing the taste of the coffee to still come through. I also added a dash of cinnamon, turmeric, and ginger for a bit of pizazz.

Not only is this plant-based creamer dairy-free, but it is also free from gluten, gums, GMOs, and nuts. Plus, it’s organic.

It is worth noting, however, that this creamer is not fat or sugar-free. There are 1.5 grams of fat per serving (one tablespoon) and 4 grams of sugar. Regardless, this is still probably healthier than other creamers out there. For Oatsome’s lite creamer, click here.

Try this product just in time for Earth Day. Oats require less water than almonds to grow, making them one of the most sustainable alternatives to dairy. Visit here to purchase.
