Forever Young Wines has released the 2023 vintage of its two rosés: the Prestige Rosé Cru Classé as well as the Côtes de Provence.

If the brand sounds familiar, you can thank Bethany Frankel from the Real Housewives of New York City — it is her and Chateau Roubine CEO Valérie Roussell’s brand.

I had the pleasure of reviewing the inaugural rosés when they first launched, and now have the pleasure of reviewing the new launches. Pinky up.

Cru Classé

This tasted better than I remember — slightly more bitter with a fuller mouth. Delicious. I paired this with grilled chicken and bow tied pasta topped with cheese and white truffle cream. Decadent and refreshing, it’s also perfect as an aperitivo.

My one critique is that the wax covering the cork on the Cru Classé managed to get into my glass which was an annoyance to spoon out. Use caution opening this bottle, or have a sifter at hand.

Côtes de Provence

This is not my favorite of the two but is a nice refreshing drink. If you have a friend who prefers a lighter rosé, this would be right up their alley. I suggest pairing this with salads or appetizers such a caprese or octopus to enhance the foods flavors.
